All returns are subject to the following return conditions, apart from faulty items which may be returned in accordance with the Faulty item section below.
Apart from an item being faulty, Ravish will offer a refund, exchange or Ravish Credit, only if:
- The return is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- You have valid proof of purchase.
- The items are unworn and in a saleable condition;
- The items have not been altered, washed, dry cleaned or damaged while with you; and
The swing tag and any other applicable packaging is still attached.
If an item is not faulty, Ravish Couture retains the right to reject a return on the basis of a failure to adhere to these Return Conditions.
FULL PRICE RETURNS
Items purchased at full price may be returned for a refund, exchange or Ravish Credit provided that the Return Conditions are satisfied.
If an item is marked at a discounted price; purchased during a temporary promotion period or purchased using a coupon or a promotional code; it is regarded a Sale Item.
Apart from an item being faulty, Sale Items can only be returned for a Credit and provided that the item meets the Return Conditions above.
Refunds will be returned to you in the manner you paid for the item.
Australian returns will be processed within 14 days from receiving your order and International returns will be processed within 28 days of receiving your order.

Return your parcel at your nearest Australia Post Office or arrange a Courier pickup.

Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
Ravish is not accountable for any loss, damage or delay arising from, the transport and return of the goods.

All of our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This Policy is not intended to replace, limit or exclude any rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
